For the first time in history, the Consortium Promovetro Murano is presenting in Piazza San Marco the magic of Murano glass working, thanks to the glass masters of the Vetro Artistico® Murano trademark concessionaires.
From January 30 to February 9, during the celebrations of Carnival 2016, every day, on the most famous stage in the world, Promovetro and his Glass masters are going to show to thousands of people, the beauty and charm of glass and the value that each Murano glass object has, the fruit of the work, the efforts and skill of our masters.
Each viewer will be able to admire the gestures repeated every day in the furnaces of Murano and kept for for hundreds of years in the island where glass was born.

The Promovetro Consortium, and concessionaires of the “Vetro Artistico Murano”, not only are the protagonists of the glass workshop in Piazza San Marco but its glass masterpieces are also going to be part of the most exclusive dinners held at the Arsenal until the end of Carnival.
The luxurious Venetian-style mirrors (companies: Fratelli Tosi, Fratelli Barbini and Ongaro & Fuga) are going to embellish the walls of the arsenal Tesa, While the dinner tables will be adorned with exquisite centerpieces, candelabras, sculptures, vases and candleholders in original Murano glass.
